Back in the woods! This property is in Lake County's Backcountry zoning district. This allows for construction of small, low impact cabins or structures in the remote corners of our woods. Variances are available for water and Sanitation due to the limited, non year round use afforded in the Backcountry Zoning. Enjoy calm, quiet time on your very own piece of Colorado paradise. The property is accessed by non-maintained county, forest service and historic mining roads. It does not have deeded access. 4×4 vehicles are a must.
