Older mobile home with 2 additions and a 2 car garage presently on property, all in original condition. If you want to demo and try to build new (questionable if the county would approve it because of being in the floodway), it would probably require $50K in cleanup and another $50K in engineering studies. If you wanted to fix up the trailer, you'd have to get retroactive permits for the addition & the garage, or tear them down.
