The road up to the cabin is paved all the way to the community gate and then it is a gravel/dirt road for about 1/2 mile. The cabin needs some TLC. There is power connected and the lights work. The property has a well and water to the property but it is not connected to the plumbing in the cabin (can be). On a septic tank but hasn't been used in many years. Property has a propane tank that also has not been used in some time. This is the perfect starter cabin to get into the exclusive community of Brighton Estates, one of the premier cabin communities in Utah. Property is about 10 minutes from the Wasatch Golf Course, 20 minutes from Deer Creek Reservoir and close to Park City. The property sits less than a mile from the backside of Deer Valley ski resort and you can snowmobile all around. Winter access is by snowmobile only.
