This building was originally Vidalia Banking Company, a metal building structure built in 1960 that still has lots of its original character including the vault and the front tile rendering of the state of GA with Vidalia as "The Hub"! The steel building structure could also easily be converted to a rooftop restaurant or bar. Price includes "Spoke" restaurant turnkey with all equipment or pursue a different business venture, the choice is yours. There are 3 other office/business spaces in the building with private entrances. There is also a full bath so one unit could be an apartment.
