Salkehatchie Ridge Preserve is located between the towns of Blackville and Denmark, South Carolina, in Bamberg & Barnwell counties. The property is an intensively managed, turnkey plantation surrounded by large farms. With over 200 acres of mature hardwood along the Little Salkehatchie River, the deer and turkey population are abundant. An established dove field, combined with 225 acres of mature pines, creates the ideal scenario for quail hunting. Improvements include a 1,320+/- square foot log cabin, a 1,000+/- square foot 19th century home, and an 800+/- square foot cookhouse.
