As you come to the end of a dead-end road in the rolling hills of Caldwell County, you arrive at the most picturesque cabin you will ever find. Your eyes will first be drawn to the large, stone fire place and large, exposed wooden beams. The beams and walls are Arkansas Red Cedar and give the cabin the rustic feel you are looking for. The smell of cedar abounds throughout the entire cabin! The kitchen consists of oak cabinets with concrete counter tops and is open to the dining and living area. Down the hall, you will first come to a mud room where you have a wooden bench and shelves to off-load your gear, including a built-in gun shelf. At the end of the hall on the main floor there are two bedrooms and a full bath. A master bedroom and full bath is located on the second level of the cabin. In the basement you will find another room currently set up as a bunkroom, as well as the trophy/game room and living area. In the living room there is a stone entertainment center for the TV to sit in. As you travel through the cabin you will notice the attention to detail and meticulous care it has been given! As you exit the backside of the cabin you step on the back porch which leads directly to your fire pit.
There is a two car detached garage, and an open sided shed to store all your toys and equipment.
The farm lays out extremely well for hunting. On both the east and the west sides of the property there is timber with an open field on a ridgetop running right down the middle. The open area is approximately 12 acres which is the perfect setting for a food plot and large enough to plant a variety greens and grains. Another neat feature, there is a road along the west side of the farm. This provides another point of access to help slip into a stand undetected. Check out the trail camera pics, there have been some giants on this farm! Finally, there is a pond stocked with fish ready for the kids to enjoy.
